Additionally, we may collect data based on your interactions with us or third parties, subject to your prior written consent—unless disclosure is required by a court of law or necessary to verify your financial standing with the Bank of Mozambique Risk Register Bureau (Central de Registo do Banco de Moçambique), in accordance with the Consent Clause provided in the account opening process.

Personal information collected by ServCred Microbanco may be used for the following purposes:

• Making lending decisions.
• Detecting and preventing fraud and other crimes.
• Conducting audits and debt collection.
• Performing statistical analysis.

We may also use biometric data, such as voice recognition, for identification purposes. Additionally, we may record and monitor communications between you and us to:

ServCred Microbanco will never sell your personal information to third parties and will only engage in direct marketing with your explicit consent. If no electronic communication preferences are provided, we will use paper-based communication methods.
