Blessing is a driven sales professional & seasoned accountant with more than 20 years’ experience in finance & banking. Having been the Founding CFO of the Mozambique subsidiaries of Access Bank and Bayport Financial Services, where he also served as a member of the Board of Directors, he has come to be a start-up champion in the financial sector. His focus now will be on leadership, strategy, vision, and capital markets where he will build an investor portfolio with one of the highest returns in Southern Africa.
An accomplished accountant, banker and credit risk management professional, Sergio is an expert in credit underwriting especially within the mass market segment. Having served previously as the Head of Credit at Bayport Financial Services Mozambique, where he was also a member of the Executive Committee, he brings a proven ability to optimise credit operations procedures.
An experienced sales & mass market credit operations professional capable of generating high volumes of credit. Frederico is a specialist at the structuring of sales departments, systems, workflows, management and operational structures that keep the sales pipeline bursting at the seams. One of his key responsibilities will be ensuring that the business doesn’t sit on excess liquidity by creating and maintaining a sales machine that deploys capital onto the risk asset at an optimised pace.

Dr. Mara has vast experience with corporate governance in the banking sector. She takes a keen interest on compliance issues with a special focus on prudential and related regulatory matters like capital adequacy, stress testing and risk management. She held several executive positions within finance, accounting and compliance at some of the biggest direct investment projects in the country, including Vale Mozambique, after having worked at various of the top banks.
A legal and operations executive from a commercial law background with more than 16 years’ experience. Sharon has a wide global outlook having studied in and/or worked in Zimbabwe, South Africa, United Kingdom, Germany, and the United States. She is enthusiastic about community development and has experience with diverse types of boards of directors/trustees with key expertise in Banking & Finance Law, Energy & Infrastructure Projects, Foreign Investments, Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Restructures and Strategy.
